【摘要】 目的　通过观察肾癌癌组织中Ki 6 7标记指数 ,探讨其在肾癌发生、发展中的作用。方法　应用免疫组化技术测定 2 0例肾癌患者癌组织和癌周组织中Ki 6 7的表达。结果　癌组织和癌周组织中Ki 6 7平均标记指数分别为 (2 5 .40± 9.97) %和 (1 1 .79± 4.82 ) %,癌组织和癌周组织之间Ki 6 7表达有高度显著性差异 (p <0 .0 1 )。结论　Ki 6 7在癌组织中表达增强表明Ki 6 7在肾癌发展中具有重要作用 ,可作为肾癌患者临床监测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The roles of Ki-67 in the development of renal cell carcinoma were studied by observing it′s expression in cancer tissues.Methods Immunohisto -chemical staining for Ki-67 was performed by streptavidin-biotin method in 20 renal cell carcinoma patients.Results The mean Ki-67 labeling index was significantly increased in cancer tissues of 25.40±9.97% than in adjacent tissues of 11.79 ±4.82 % (P<0.01 ).Conclusion The increased expression of Ki-67 values suggested that Ki-67 be correlated to the development of renal cell carcinoma. Ki-67 can be used as a clinical marks in defining tumour behaviour of renal cell carcinoma.更多还原
