【摘要】 目的　 观察利多卡因对儿童支气管哮喘急性发作临床作用及对免疫状态的影响。 方法 　儿童支气管哮喘急性发作 60例 ,随机分为雾化吸入利多卡因治疗组 3 8例 ,对照组 2 2例 ,观察治疗前后的临床疗效和免疫功能的变化。 结果 　治疗组咳嗽、呼吸困难和肺部哮喘音消失时间均较对照组明显缩短 (P值均 <0 0 1) ,治疗组与对照组在心率、呼吸频率、呼气流速峰值(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气量 (FEV1 )等方面 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗组治疗后嗜酸性粒细胞 (EOS)减少 (P <0 0 1) ,IgE下降(P <0 0 1) ,IL 5减少 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 　利多卡因雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作有明显临床疗效 ,且有调节哮喘免疫状态的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of aerosolized recombinant lidocaine on acute asthma in children and their influence to immunity.Methods 60 cases of acute asthma were divided randomly into 2 groups:treatment group and control group.Aerosolized recombinant lidocanine was administered to 38 patients in treatment group and the routine therapy was given to 22 patients in control.The clinical effects and changes of immune function were observed.Results The time needed for recovering from cough dyspnea and wheeze was significantly shorter in treatment group than that in control group ( P <0 01).There were significant differences between treatment group and control group in heart rate,respiratory rate,peak flow rate,and forced expiratory volume in one second ( P <0 01).After the aerosolized recombinant lidocaine therapy,Eosinophil?IgE,IL 5 decreased ( P 均<0\^01).Conclusion Aerosolized recombinant lidocaine was effective in treating acute asthma in children and had regulatory effects on the immune state in asthma.更多还原
