基于有限元仿真的高精度制造技术研究

【摘要】 针对生产中许多关键工艺规程的制定主要凭经验,没有进行量化的工艺难题,采用有限元技术分析了切削力对薄壁零件加工变形的影响,提出了基于有限元仿真分析结果,在数控加工中进行刀具路径补偿,提高工件加工精度的方法。还利用有限元技术分析了装夹方案、工件内部残余应力对加工精度的影响。根据有限元计算结果,采用相应的工艺策略,提高工件的制造精度。

【Abstract】 In manufacturing industry, when laying out rules of technology, many key sectors are based on experiment. They cannot be calculated exactly. Aimed at this technology problem, FEM (finite element method) is adopted to analyze machining distortion due to machining force. In the process of numerical controlled machining, method of compensating for the cutting tool path based on the FEM results is put forward. This method can improve machining precision. The influence on machining precision owing to fixing plans and residual stress distributed in the parts were also researched by using FEM method. According to the FEM results, Technology strategies can be carried out to improve parts’ manufacturing precision.
