曲轴多参数虚拟检测仪的研制
Development of Multi-Parameter Measuring Virtual Instrument for Crankshaft
【摘要】 为了快速准确地检验不同品种曲轴的某些关键形位误差 ,本文提出用虚拟仪表的思想和方法研制曲轴多参数虚拟检测仪 ,并从本检测仪的仪器结构、测量原理、软硬件主要组成部分等方面作了详细介绍。通过测试表明 ,该仪器可在二分钟内一次性将主轴颈的尺寸、跳动、圆柱度及端面尺寸、跳动测量完毕并显示 ,具有精度高、快捷、功能强、灵活等特点。此思想和方法对其它测量也具有一定参考和实用价值
【Abstract】 In order to measure some key errors of different sorts of crankshafts fast and accurately, a method of using virtual instrument technology was put forward to develop the multi-parameter measuring instrument for crankshaft. Its structure, measure principle and main hardware and software were introduced. Tests show that the measuring instrument is characterized by its precision,speediness, multi-function and agility. The instrument can measure size, jitter and cylindricity of main journal and size, jitter of its end face within two minutes. This idea and technology also have some reference and practical values to other measurement.
