相变热图试验技术研究与应用
The research and application of phase change thermography technique
【摘要】 相变热图试验技术是通过在飞行器表面喷涂具有一定相变温度的相变涂料来进行大面积热测绘的风洞试验技术。在FL—31高超声速风洞中,采用半球-圆柱体绝热模型进行试验的结果表明,相变热图试验技术的假设成立、测值可靠,特别是与之相配套的相变热图图谱分析软件系统的开发,使测热试验更加可视化和自动化。
【Abstract】 The phase change thermography technique is a windtunnel test technique to spray some phase change paint on the aerocraft surface for measuring thermal flow in a large area. The application of a hemispherecylinder model in FL31 hypersonic wind tunnel has shown that this hypothesis came into existence and the data was trustworthy.Especially the software system of phase change thermography makes tests more convenient to control and easier to analyze.
