【摘要】 介绍了水平低温展示柜内冷风幕流动及热质交换机理和数值计算两方面的研究现状 ,并分析了研究过程中存在的问题及其进展

【Abstract】 The investigation status concerning the mechanism and numerical calculation of flow and heat transfer and mass exchange of the cold air curtain in the open display cabinet are introduced. At the same time, the existent problems among the investigation of the cold air curtain and it’s development are analyzed.
