氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定大米中微量砷
Determination of Trace Arsenic in Rice Kernels by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用氢化物发生 -原子荧光光谱法测定大米中砷的含量。研究了硼氢化钾浓度、酸介质及其酸度、共存离子等因素对砷测定的影响 ,优化了仪器工作条件。方法回收率在 95 .0 %~ 10 5 .0 %之间 ,检出限为 3.2 μg/kg。
【Abstract】 The determination of trace arsenic in rice kernels by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry was studied. The effects of operation conditions such as KBH4 & HCL concentration and concomitant ions were researched, and the instrument parameters were optimized. The rate of recovery varies between 95.0%~105.0%, and the detection limit is 3.2 μg/kg.
