【摘要】 2 0世纪末 ,美国经济增长势头强劲 ,引起了世界各国的极大关注。尽管从 12 0个月的经济持续增长到“纳指”暴跌后经济逐渐衰退 ,人们对新经济的呼声由强至弱 ,褒贬不一 ,但普遍上仍认可了高科技尤其是信息技术的运用对美国经济的发展起到了强大的推动作用。这也是 2 1世纪世界经济的发展趋势。本文结合现状 ,指出我国高科技发展中存在的差距和问题 ,并提出了一些解决对策。更多还原
