添加剂La2O3、MgO对烃类蒸汽转化催化剂镍分散度影响的研究

【摘要】 用H2 脉冲色谱测定金属表面积的方法 ,研究了添加剂La2 O3、MgO的添加量对烃类水蒸气转化催化剂活性组分镍的分散度的影响。结果表明 :NiO含量影响金属镍的分散度 ,并且存在一个镍分散最好的NiO含量 ;添加La2 O3能显著提高金属镍的分散度 ,La2 O3的适宜添加量接近于它在载体表面上的单层分散容量 ;MgO对分散度的影响较小 ,但当La2 O3、MgO共存时 ,镍的分散效果最好

【Abstract】 The influence of the amount of additives La 2O 3 and MgO on the nickel dispersity of alkane steam-reforming catalyst is studie d by means hydrogen chemisorption on metallic surface. The experiment results sh ow: the NiO content has influence on the dispersity of Ni, and there is an optim um NiO content which gives the best dispersity;the dispersity of Ni can be sign ificantly improved by adding La 2O 3, the suitable addition of La 2O 3 is ap proximately its monolayer amount on the carrier surface;MgO has less influence on Ni dispersity, but when La 2O 3 is used along with MgO, the dispersity of N i is the best.
