【Abstract】 A small-scale experimental device for preparing chlorinated paraffin-52 by photoinitiation is established,as well as the measurement and test methods of the process.The influence of various process conditions on chlorination are investigated systematically by using the orthogonal-design-experiment method,such as light strength,photoinitiation time,chlorine flow,reaction temperature,etc.The better technical parameters are found out,and the foundation data have been provided for developing the continuous production unit of 10 kt/a.更多还原
