【摘要】 目的 介绍经后路椎间盘镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术过程、技巧及适应症。方法 2001年3～12月 ,经后路椎间盘镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症145例。对椎间盘突出症患者行髓核摘除和神经根管扩大术。 结果 本组随访10.8个月 ,除2例有神经根牵拉损伤外 ,其余患者均取得满意疗效 ,术后无并发症。 结论 严格掌握适应症、熟练操作技巧是腰椎间盘突出症行椎间盘镜手术治疗成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce operational procedure,skill and indication of the microendoscopic discectomy system(MED)in the treatment to lumbar disc prominent. Methods One hundred and forty-five patients of lumbar disc prominent were treated by microendoscopic disˉcectomy system from march to December in2001,effectively extracts prominent disc fragments and enlarge never root canal were mainly operation methods. Result There was a available follow-up of average8.8months in the group.143patients acquired satisfactory outcome,no postoperative complications.2cases nerve root damaged due to pulling force.
