【摘要】 殖民体系瓦解后 ,学术界对国际法中的民族自决原则进行了重新认识和思考。民族自决原则到底适用于哪些民族 ,自决究竟是内部自决即自治 ,还是外部自决即分离 ,学术界观点不一。通过对民族自决原则产生过程的历史考查与回顾 ,可以看出民族自决原则的适用不能一概而论 ,而应根据现实所处的环境具体分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the crumble of the colonial system, the academic field restudies the principle of the Nation’s Right to Self-Determination. In academic field, there are different opinions about the facts that what nations have this rights, and that whether it refers to the inner-self-determination: autonomy,or the outer-self-determination: Separation.
