【Abstract】 With the subject of the development of the technology of electronic information war, the development of the highnew technology of electronic information war before 30 years of 21th century is discussed in this paper, with the emphasis on the prediction of the ten technologies, such as radar, communication, computer, electronic warfare, radio navigation, photoelectron, sensor, superconductive electron, microelectron and fire and command control.
