【摘要】 目的 :评价虎杖注射液的有效成分白藜芦醇苷 (PD)在实验性缺氧苗猪体内的血药浓度对肺动脉收缩压 (SPAP)、心排血指数 (CI)的影响。方法 :制作实验性苗猪缺氧的肺动脉高压模型 ,测定PD的血药浓度与SPAP和CI的相关性。结果 :在缺氧苗猪中静脉注射虎仗注射液 1 5g·kg-1(相当含PD 12mg·kg-1)后SPAP与CI显著降低。 3 0 0min内 ,在 0 5～ 3 0 μg·mL-1的浓度范围内 ,PD血药浓度与SPAP的呈相关性 (r=0 9772 ) ,与CI的呈相关性 (r=0 90 5 2 )。结论 :虎杖注射液能显著降低实验性缺氧动物的肺动脉收缩压更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate polydatin in the polygonum cuspidatum parenteral solution. Systolic pulmonary artery pressure (SPAP) and cardiac index (CI) were affected between the drug concentration and action on treating pulmonary hypertension of hypoxic young pigs. METHODS: SPAP model was established in hypoxic young pigs. The drug concentration of polydatin was assayed. The correlation was compared between the drug concentration and SPAP, CI in hypoxic young pigs. RESULTS: Injection of vein polydatin 12 mg·kg -1 in hypoxic young pigs after 300 min, the concentration range of polydatin was 0 5-3 0 μg·mL -1 . Between the drug concentration of polydatin and ΔE (SPAP) had a good correlation r = 0 977 2 , and the drug concentration and ΔE (CI) was r = 0 905 2 . CONCLUSION: The results suggest that polygonum cuspidatum is a good drug in treating the pulmonary hypertension in hypoxic animal.更多还原
