【摘要】 目的:探讨奥曲肽治疗肠梗阻的疗效及并发症。方法:48例肠梗阻患者分为奥曲肽组(25例)和对照组(23例),两组间年龄、性别及肠梗阻的病因比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。奥曲肽组25例采用奥曲肽(善宁)0.1mg H q 6 h或q 8 h,连用3～14 d,同时按常规治疗禁食、胃肠减压、补液及纠正水电解质酸碱失衡;23例对照组按常规治疗禁食、胃肠减压、补液及纠正水电解质酸碱失衡。结果:奥曲肽组的治愈率为76％,对照组的治愈率为52％,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但奥曲肽组的症状缓解率为80％,平均肛门排气时间为3.4±1.4 d,平均住院时间8.5±2.6d,副作用发生率为12％;对照组症状缓解率为26％,平均肛门排气时间为6.8±2.4d、平均住院时间10.7±2.3 d,副作用发生率为43％。两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05～0.001)。结论:奥曲肽在治疗肠梗阻上是一种新的、安全及有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To investigate the effect and complication of octreotide in the management of bowel obstruction. Methods:48 cases fo bowel obstruction were divided into two group: oetreotide group(25 cases)and control group(23 cases) .There is no signiflcant difference on the two groups between age, gender and cause fo disease( P > 0.05 ) . 25 patients of octreotide group were treated with octreotide 0. 1 mg Hq6 h or q 8h, fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, fluid and electrolyte supplement for 3 - 4 days.The patients of control group were treated for 3 - 14 days without octreotide. Results; After treatment, the cure rates in the octreotide group and the control were 76% and 52% , respoectively (P > 0.05) . In octeotide group, remission rate fo symp-toms was 80% ,the average anal exhaust time was 3.4±1.4 days,the average hospitalization time was 8.5 ±2.6 days,side effects were noted in 12% of patients .While those in the control were 26% ,6.8 ± 2.4 days,10.7 ± 2.3 days,and 43% ,respectively (P < 0.05 - 0.001). Conclusions: Octreotide is a new safe and efficient drug in the treatment of bowel obstrution.更多还原
