【摘要】 目的 :研究TCu与VCu两种宫内节育器对本地区育龄妇女的临床效果。方法 :根据育龄妇女的身体状况 ,随机为 2 90 3例育龄妇女放置了TCu、VCu两种宫内节育器 ,并进行了 5年前瞻性临床效果对比研究。采用Tietze potter生命表法计算脱落率、带器妊娠率、因症取器率、续用率。结果 :TCu与VCu脱落率、带器妊娠率、因症取器率、续用率 6 0个月无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :TCu与VCu均适合本地区育龄妇女使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect of TCu and to find out the proper IUD that fit for the women who need contraception. Methods: TCu and VCu were inserted for 2 903 women randonmly and a comparative study of their clinical effects was conducted after five years. The Tietze Potter Life Table means were used to compute the pregnancy rate with IUD in situ, the expulsion rate, the rate of termination due to complication and continuation rate. Results: There was no difference on their pregnancy rate with IUD in situ, expulsion rate, rate of termination due to compliction and continuation rate in sixty months. Conclusion: Both of TCu and VCu are fit for local women who need contraception.更多还原
