【摘要】 目的探讨国产丁二酸洛沙平对分裂症的临床疗效及其副作用。方法应用丁二酸洛沙平与利培酮进行对照治疗研究,采用BPRS、TESS及CGI量表及分别评定疗效及副反应。结果 丁二酸洛沙平与利培酮对精神分裂症疗效及副反应相似,洛沙平组显效率76.66％,利培酮组显效率73.34％。结论洛沙平与利培酮对精神分裂症均有较好的疗效,洛沙平的主要副反应有静坐不能、便秘、震颤、出汗,个别病例有心电图ST-T段的改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects and side effects of national loxapine succinate in schizophrenics. Methods Control studies of loxapine succinate and riperidone were conducted, and curative effects and side effects were evaluated with BPRS,TESS and CGI. Results Curative effects and side effects of loxapine succinate were similar to that of risperidone. The effectual rate of the former was 76.66% and the latter was 73.34% . Conclusion Both the 2 drugs have better curative effects in schizophrenics. As for loxapine succinate , akathisia, constipation, tremor and sweating are the main side effects, while abnormal ST - T changes of ECG are rare.更多还原
