【Abstract】 Objective:Study on the relationships between the infection of Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)and psoriasis.Meth-ods:Using the assays of enzyme-immunoassay,the sera were examined in53patients with psoriasis and53normal subjects to detect the antibod ies(IgG,IgM/VCA,IgG/EA-D and IgG/EBNA-1)to EBV.Results:The rate of positive reactions to IgG/EA-D was significantly higher in the patients with psoriasis than that in controls(P<0.001).Conclusion:These re sults suggest that EB virus might be activated in the patients with psoriasis.更多还原
