【摘要】 目的 :探讨国产丁螺环酮对广泛性焦虑症的治疗效果及不良反应。　方法 :对 10 5例诊断为广泛性焦虑症的患者 ,随机分为丁螺环酮组 (5 2例 )和多虑平组 (5 3例 ) ,治疗 6周。在入组前、治疗第1、2、4、6周末分别予汉密尔顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)和副反应量表 (TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。　结果 :丁螺环酮与多虑平抗焦虑作用相近 ,起效时间稍慢 ,无明显镇静作用 ,对焦虑症状有疗效。不良反应有口干、便秘、恶心等 ,不影响治疗。　结论 :国产丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效确切 ,不良反应轻微更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect and side events of domestic buspirone in treating general anxiety disorder. Method:One hundred and five patients with general anxiety disorder (CCMD 2 R) were randomly assigned to receive buspirone ( n =52) or doxepin hydrochloride ( n =53) for 6 weeks. Treatment efficacy and side effects were evaluated separately with Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) before treatment and weekly during therapy period. Results:There was no significant differences in response rate and reduction of HAMA score between buspirone group and doxepin hydrochloride group.Buspirone had a slower therapeutic effect than doxepin hydrochloride and is only aimed at anxiety symptoms.It had no sedation and drowsiness but would produce slight thirst, constipation and nausea. Conclusion:It is suggested that domestic buspirone is effective in the treatment of general anxiety disorder and produces fewer side effects.更多还原
