【摘要】 目的　研究经骨髓动员、血细胞机分离采集和离心浓缩后 ,外周血干细胞 (APBSC)计数的变化并将其与骨髓中干细胞数相比较。方法　选取 2 0例骨缺损患者 (16例良性骨肿瘤、4例骨折 ) ,骨髓动员前作骨髓穿刺测定骨髓中干细胞数 (单位体积数量 ,下同 )。然后每天皮下注射特尔立 3 0 μg/kg ,连续 3d ,第 4天静脉滴注 10mg地塞米松后采集APBSC并计数 ,分离、离心后再计数。 结果　动员后 ,APBSC计数明显升高 ,为动员前的 2倍 ,分离并离心后 ,APBSC计数为骨髓中干细胞计数的 4 0倍。结论　骨髓动员能明显提高外周血干细胞计数 ,可用于修复骨缺损。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study APBSC(autologous peripheral blood stem cells) count before and after marrow mobilization, and compare it with marrow blood stem cells count. Methods 20 cases of bony defect (16 cases of benign tumors, 4 fractures) were tested for APBSC and marrow blood stem cells counts before marrow mobilization. GM CSF 3 μg/kg was injected subcutaneously daily for 3 days. On the 4th day, APBSC were harvested on the 3rd hour after intravenous administration of 10 mg dexamethasome and counted. Results The APBSC count was more than twice of that before mobilization. After separation and centrifugation, it was almost 40 times of the marrow stem cells count before mobilization. Conclusion The APBSC count can be increased significantly by marrow mobilization, which is an effective method to provide stem cells for repairment of bony defects.更多还原
