【摘要】 目的　探讨二维超声对临床及X线检查发现的心脏增大病例的病因诊断价值。资料与方法　分析 12 0例临床和X线检查发现心脏增大 ,心胸比例在 0 .5 5以上的各种超声表现。结果　不同病因的心脏增大超声检查具有不同的特征性改变。结论　二维超声在心脏增大的病因诊断和鉴别诊断上具有一定价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate 2 dimensional ultrasound value in the diagnosis of the causes of cardiac enlargement detected by clinical manifestations and radiograph. Materials and Methods Ultrasound was performed in 120 cases of cardiac enlargement found by clinical manifestation and radiograph, which demonstrated the cardiac thoracic ratio of greater than 0.55. The findings on ultrasound were analyzed. Results Cardiac enlargement secondary to the different reasons had different features on ultrasound. Conclusion 2D ultrasound has values to some extent in the cause and differential diagnosis of cardiac enlargement.更多还原
