【摘要】 目的　探讨脑星形细胞瘤CT表现与增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达的关系。资料与方法　搜集经手术病理证实的脑星形细胞瘤 6 3例 ,分析其CT表现。采用免疫组织化学方法标记肿瘤PCNA。对照PCNA表达程度与CT表现的关系。结果　星形细胞瘤PCNA表达强弱与病理级别相关 ,星形细胞瘤密度均匀性、瘤周水肿程度及强化程度与PCNA表达之间有统计学差异 ,但肿瘤部位及大小与PCNA表达没有相关性。结论　星形细胞瘤CT表现 ,特别是脑水肿、强化程度等征象 ,在一定程度上可以反映PCNA表达强弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the correlation between CT signs and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression in brain astrocytoma. Materials and Methods CT findings in 63 patients with surgically- and pathologically-proved astrocytoma were retrospectively analyzed. PCNA was stained with immunohistochemical technique. PCNA expression levels were compared with CT features.Results PCNA expression levels were closely correlated with pathological grade of brain astrocytoma (P< 0.01). Statistic difference existed between PCNA expression levels and some CT signs, which included the homogeneity of the density, the extent of peri-neoplastic edema and the degree of contrast enhancement. Both the size and location of the lesion carried no correlation with PCNA expression levels.Conclusion Some CT manifestations, especially the extent of peri-neoplastic edema and the degree of contrast enhancement, can, in a certain degree, reflect the level of PCNA expression in brain astrocytomas.更多还原
