【摘要】 目的　探讨糖尿病对冠状动脉侧支循环形成的作用及影响。方法　将经冠状动脉造影证实至少有一支冠状动脉血管直径狭窄≥ 75 %的 385例冠心病患者 ,按有无糖尿病分成两组 ,再以 5 5岁为界分为 4个亚组 ,进行侧支循环情况比较。结果　冠状动脉开放率糖尿病组 (4 4 .5 % )低于非糖尿病组 (6 9.5 % ) ,P <0 .0 5 ;其中 <5 5岁糖尿病组 (6 8.0 % )高于非糖尿病组 (37.7% ) ,P <0 .0 5 ;≥ 5 5岁糖尿病组 (4 2 .2 % )低于非糖尿病组 (6 7.4 % ) ,P <0 .0 5。结论　冠心病患者冠状动脉侧支循环发展程度与糖尿病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation between diabetes mellitus and coronary collateral circulation. Methods A cohort of 385 patients with ≥75% luminal diameter stenosis involving at least one major coronary artery was retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups based on artery stenosis degree, and four groups on diabetes mellitus and age. The effect of diabetes mellitus on coronary collateral circulation was studied. Results The prevalence of collateral circulation in diabetes mellitus was lower than that of non-diabetes group( 44.5% vs 69.5 % P< 0.05).In age <55 years,the prevalence of collateral circulation in diabetes mellitus was higher than that of non-diabetes group( 68.0% vs 37.7% P< 0.05);And the prevalence of collateral circulation in older(≥55 years)diabetes group was lower than that of non-diabetes group( 42.2% vs 67.4%, P< 0.05).Conclusion Diabetes mellitus may be associated with the formation and development of coronary collateral circulation in patients with coronary heart disease.更多还原
