【摘要】 城市创新系统与风险投资体系在表面上存在差别的同时本质上有着紧密关联,二者的本质决定了它们通过科技产业这一媒介相互作用、相互联系,形成了动态、开放的互动运作网络,并且这一网络的良性运作对风险投资体系的顺畅运行,对城市创新系统的持续发展,进而向外延伸对整个国家的产业结构调整、升级都具有重大的战略意义。本文试图通过对此互动网络中城市创新系统与风险投资体系的关系、定位、对接点进行研究,揭示互动运作的实质、运作机理及影响运作绩效的关键因素,为政策的提出进行理论上的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The essence of city innovation system and venture capital system determines that they can connect each other through the media——scientific and technological industry, and form the dynamic, opening network. This network’s benign opertion helps to make venture capital system run smoothly, make city innovation system develop continuously, and has strategic meanings to the whole nation’s industrial structure adjustment and upgrading. By studying on the relationship, localization, contact points between city innovation system and venture capital system, this paper tries to reveal the nature, mechanism of the Interdynamic operation, seek the key factor affecting the performance, and make theoretical research for policy proposal.更多还原
