空心半轴的可靠性优化设计探索
Reliability Optimization Design for Hollow Half-axle
【摘要】 讨论了车辆半轴的可靠性优化设计问题。在基本随机变量的概率特性已知的情况下,采用随机摄动法和约束随机方向法对空心半轴进行可靠性优化设计,并编制了实用的计算机程序,可以迅速准确地得到空心半轴的可靠性设计参数。
【Abstract】 Techniques from the probablistic perturbation method and con-straint random direction method are employed to present the practical and ef-fective method for the reliablity optimization design of vehicle half-axle on thecondition of known probabilistic characteristics of original random variables.The theory formulae of reliability optimization design for hollow half-axle areobtained. The respective program can be used to obtain the reliability optimi-zation design parameters of hollow half-axle accurately and quckly.
