两种海洋微藻脂肪酸组成研究

【摘要】 为了筛选多不饱和脂肪酸含量高的微藻,对两种海洋微藻,三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylum tricornutum)和等鞭金藻(Isochrysis gal-bana)进行了室内培养,并对其脂肪酸组成进行了研究。结果表明:三角褐指藻含有较高的C16:0、C16:1和C20:5(EPA),仅含有微量的C20:4不含有C22:6(DHA),多不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸的23.8%。而等鞭金藻主要脂肪酸为C14:0、C16:0、C18:2、C18:3、C22:6(DHA),不含有C2O:4,仅有少量的EPA,多不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸的比例高达49.8%。两种微藻脂肪酸组成显示出明显的种间差异。

【Abstract】 In order to screen microalgal species for higher contents of poly-unsaturated fatty acids, two marine microalgae, Phaeodactylum tricomutumand Isochrysis galbana, were cultured in indoor and their fatty acids composi-tion was examined. The results showed that C16:0, C16:1 and C20:5(EPA)were rich, and little C20:4 and no C22:6(DHA) were detected in Phaeodac-tylum tricornutum. PUFAs accounted for 23 .8% of the total fatty acids in thisspecies. However, the major fatty acids of Isochrysis galbana were C14: 0,C16:0, C16:2, C18:3 and C22:6(DHA). EPA was little and C20:4 wasnot detected, and PUFAs were up to 49.8% of the total fatty acids in this al-ga. The two species of marine microalgae showed significant differences in fat-ty acids composition.
