节流孔口半径对流体诸变量影响的数值解析
Numerical Analysis for Effect of Orifice Radius on Fluid Variables
【摘要】 对液流通过节流孔的过渡过程进行了数值解析计算。研究了节流孔半径对平均轴速分量wm、惯性长l、收缩部等效长度δ、流量qs、再附着点距离Zais和时间常数τq、τz等的影响。对wm、l、δ、τq和τs给出简单易算并相当精确的计算式,作出了节流孔半径与wm、l、δ、qs、Zais、τq和τx间的关系图。
【Abstract】 The transient flow through a pipe orifice was studied via numer-ical analysis. Effect of orifice radius on the mean axial velocity componentwm. the inertial length I, the equivalent length of contraction δ, the flowrate qx, the distance of reattachment point Zais, the time constants τq τzand so on are discussed. The simple and relatively accurate formulae for wm,I, δ,τq and τz are given. The relationships between the orifice radius andwm, I, δ, qs, Zais, τq,τz are shown.
