基于MAX+PLUSⅡ的虚拟多功能物理参数测试仪的数字平台设计
Design of Digital Platform in Virtual Multi-functional Instruments Testing Physical Parameters Based on MAX+PLUS II
【摘要】 为实现虚拟物理参数测试仪器的集成,提出了以可编程器件CPLD/FPGA为数字载体,借助VHDL硬件描述语言,在MAX+PLUSⅡ软件环境中来开发虚拟多功能物理参数测试仪数字平台的思想.依据这一思想已完成集频率计、数字IC测试仪、信号发生器、相位差计、多段存储计时仪等于一体的虚拟多功能物理参数测试仪的数字平台设计,并进行了模块仿真实验,实验效果好.
【Abstract】 A new method which was based on programmable device CPLD/FPGA and VHDL in MAX+PLUSⅡ to design digital platform of virtual multi-functional instruments testing physical parameters was presented for realizing the integration of virtual instruments testing physical parameters. In view of this method the design of digital platform of virtual multi-functional instruments testing physical parameters was fulfilled which synthesized the frequency meter, phasemeter, digital IC testing meter, signal generator,the multistage storage counter etc.The imitation experiments on the modules were also carried out.The experiment effect was perfect. Practice showed that the design was feasible.
