蒙脱石/尼龙6纳米复合材料制备及性能研究
Synthesis of Montmorillonite/Nylon6 Nano-composites and its Characterization
【摘要】 介绍了熔体挤出法蒙脱石/尼龙6纳米复合材料制备、性能、影响因素及应用前景。将自制的改性蒙脱石同尼龙6、稳定剂、硬脂酸等混合均匀后,用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制备的蒙脱石/尼龙6纳米复合材料拉伸强度84.41MPa、抗弯强度115.40MPa、热变形温度(0.45MPa)189℃。
【Abstract】 The Synthesis, characteristics and analysis of thermodynamics and applications prospects of montmorillonites/nylon 6 nano-composites with melt extrusion are reviewed in this paper. The nano-composites materials can be produced by a process of "melt extrusion pelletizing after blending of modified montmorillonite with nylon 6, stabilizing agent, stearic acid and some special additives". The tensile strength of the materials was 84.41MPa, flexural strength 115.40Mpa, heat distortion temperature(0.45MPa)189℃.
