【摘要】 目的 了解出入境人员疾病分布情况,进一步做好四川口岸疾病监测体检和疾病防治工作。方法 四川口岸对2002年的13 293名出入境人员进行疾病监测体检并进行了疾病监测体检结果分析。结果 共捡出传染病及病原携带者569例,检出率为4.28％,占阳性总数的68.47％。非传染性疾病262例,检出率为1.97％。占阳性总数的32.53％。结论 应加强对出入境人员的疾病监测体检工作,以防止传染病的传入和传出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis the results of the disease surveillance in order to find out the distribution of disease, to prevent and treatment disease. Methods Analysis the results of the disease surveillance of 13 293 entry- exit people in 2002.Results Among 13 293 people,we find out disease or abnormal 569 cases, the disease is 4.28% ,their species composing are HBsAg carriers 68.47% .Non- infectious disease 262 cases , the disease is 1. 97 % , their species composing are HBsAg carriers 31. 53 % . Conclusion We should strengthen disease surveillance to prevent infectious disease transmission so that we can do better to keep the entry - exit people health.更多还原
