【摘要】 目的　研究本制剂对小鼠皮肤的体外透皮渗透作用。方法　采用改进的 Franz扩散池法 ,以 U V法测定扩散池中三七总皂苷的含量为指标 ,计算三七皂苷的经皮渗透量。结果　三七皂苷的累积渗透量 Q随时间 t的增加而增加 ,并与 t1 / 2 有显著线性相关性 ,说明本制剂的体外渗透药动学符合 Higuchi方程。结论　本制剂三七总皂苷体外渗透药动学符合 Higuchi方程 ,经临床试验 ,疗效明显 ,因此值得研究与开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research in vitro transdermal absorption of the patch on the skin of SD rats.Method The improved Franz diffusing cells was used.Panax notoginseng saponins in diffusing cells was determined by UV, to get its transdermal quantity.Ruselts Total absorption of panax notoginseng saponins (Q) rose as time went, there is a good linear relationship between Q and t 1/2.It shows that the pharmacokinetics of transdermal absorption in vitro gets fitted with Higuchi equation.Conclusion Toupizhitong Patch can deserve to be developed.更多还原
