【摘要】 目的　探讨抑郁症各证型精神症状表现特点。方法　采用贝克抑郁问卷 (BDI)和汉米尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)对 5 9名抑郁症患者进行评定 ,并分析各证型精神症状表现的异同。结果　抑郁症各证型患者的精神表现存在一定差异。结论　结合精神心理学症状评定量表探讨抑郁症患者精神症状的中医辨证意义十分必要 ,且具有一定可行性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the features of the mental symptoms with depression of different TCM types. Methods 59 Patients with depression of different TCM types were assessed by using Beck Depression Inventory and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale in order to analyze the similarities and differences of their mental symptoms. Result It was found that there were certain differences among the psychic manifestations of the patients with depression of different TCM types. Conclusion It is necessary and feasible to study the significance to TCM syndrome differentiation in investigating the features of mental symptoms with depression by using neuropsychological symptom rating scales.更多还原
