高效液相色谱法测定乌麦口服液中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立乌麦口服液中 2 ,3,5 ,4’ -四羟基二苯乙烯 - 2 -O - β -D -葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用RP HPLC法 ,YWG C18色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,10 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 -乙腈 -水 (5 0∶ 10∶ 90 ) ;检测波长 :32 0nm ;流速 :0 5mL/min。结果  2 ,3,5 ,4’ -四羟基二苯乙烯- 2 -O - β -D -葡萄糖苷在 0 0 2 36~ 0 14 10 μg(r =0 9997)线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为10 0 0 1% ,RSD为 0 5 9% (n =5 )。结论 本方法灵敏、准确、操作简便 ,重现性良好

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for the quantitative determination of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxy diphenyl ethylene-O-2-β-D-glucoside in Wumai Oral Solution. Method RP-HPLC was used in this experiment. The YWG-C 18 column was chosen, the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-water (50∶10∶90) at a flow velocity of 0.5 ml/minute, and the detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship with 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxy diphenyl ethylene-O-2-β-D-glucoside in the range of 0.0236 μg to 0.1410 μg (r=0.9997). The average recovery was 100.01% and RSD was 0.59% (n=5). Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and simple, with a good repeatability.
