浅析工程造价人员的发展方向

【摘要】 分析探讨了我国现存的工程造价计价方式特点 ,阐述了新时期工程造价人员的工作重点 ,并结合工程造价管理体制对造价人员素质的要求 ,指明了造价人员应努力的方向

【Abstract】 The characteristics of present project cost pattern in China is analyzed and discussed. Based upon analysis of the key job of cost engineers in the new era and new requirements on their qualities of project cost management system the developmental direction is pointed out.
