【摘要】 介绍了海洋石油钻井平台吊机监测系统。该系统采用单片机作为下位机进行数据采集和处理,采用工业平板电脑作为上位机为操作员提供良好的操作界面。上位机配置嵌入式操作系统和触摸屏,为操作人员提供吊机的各种参数信息,同时将吊机吊臂及负荷的实际工作情况以动画的形式显示在屏幕上,为吊机的安全运行创造了条件。吊机监测系统在海上风力7级条件下测试数据表明,吊机动态显示数据非常准确,质量动态测试误差为0.2％;角度误差为±1°;水平距离计算误差小于0.2m。更多还原

【Abstract】 Crane monitoring system of offshore oil drilling platform is introduced. Single chip microcomputer that is used as bottom-controllers to acquire and deal with data. The industrial panel computer is used as top-controller provides operators with friendly operating interface. The top-controller is equipped with embedded operating system and touch screen and it provides operators with all kinds of parameter information. The jib and working state of its working load can be displayed on the screen by animation. These all can create conditions of safe running.更多还原
