略论“文革”时期叶剑英的军事干部理论

【摘要】 在"文革"极其艰难的日子里,叶剑英想方设法,将"文革"对军队的影响控制在最小的范围内,加强军队干部的队伍建设,在动乱中保持军队的稳定,保证了国家的安宁。本文从三个方面论述了"文革"时期叶剑英的军事干部理论。

【Abstract】 Ye Jianying tried to control influence rang in army and augmented the construction of troops cadre and stabilized troops and guarded the country pacification in army in ten chaotic years.
