影响MRP实施效果的提前期设置的问题分析

【摘要】 分析了现有的物料需求计划 MRP 系统中固定提前期和能力需求计划 CRP 事后调整所产生的弊端.提出在MRP系统中引入能力负荷状况,以柔性提前期替代固定提前期,能力负荷计划同时产生的MRP改进模式.

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the existing problem in both the fixed lead time and capacity requirement plan which has an effect on operating MRP.It provides a description of improved MRP model.This model is resulted from the simultaneous effect of the flexibility lead time setup and the capacity load plan.
