【摘要】 本试验共选用77头地方杂种黄牛作为受体,进行高产奶牛冷冻胚胎移植。对其中的70头受体牛进行同期发情处理,经过两次PG处理后有58头牛发情,同期发情率为82.9%,移植前经直肠检查有68.6%的受体牛黄体合格,但由于子宫炎症,最后移植了33头受体牛,并达到了51.5%的妊娠率。因此在不存在子宫炎症的情况下,我们已达到比较好的胚胎移植效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, 77 local crossbred yellow cattle were selected as recipients to which frozen cow embryos were transplanted. 70 of the recipients were treated 2 times with PG for inducing synchronization estrus. After treated, 58 recipients were observed the symptom of estrus; the percentage of synchronization was 82.9. Before transplantation, the ovaries of the recipients were examined through the rectum; the percentage of recipients having eligible lutein was 68.6. Because of uterus inflammation, only 33 recipients received the cow embryos and the gestation percentage reached 51.5. If the recipients hadn’t been infected with uterus inflammation, better result would have been obtained.更多还原
