连续法合成5,5-二甲基海因

【摘要】 对连续合成 5 ,5 二甲基海因 (DMH)工艺进行了研究。初步探讨了反应塔填料、材质对反应效率的影响 ,通过对比实验 ,得出选用瓷质环作为填料 ,钛合金片作为塔材质效果较理想的结论。同时 ,还探索了分段控温程序、物料配比、反应接触时间等对产品质量和产率的影响。实验结果表明 :当主反应区温度为 65~ 68℃ ,n(丙酮氰醇 )∶n(氨气 )∶n(二氧化碳 ) =1∶(1 1~ 1 2 )∶(1 1~ 1 2 ) ,气液相接触反应时间约 1h ,产率高达 90 %~ 92 % ,高于间歇法的产率 (85 % )。产品w(DMH)≥ 99%。本研究为工业化生产 5 ,5 二甲基海因提供了可靠的数据

【Abstract】 The technology for synthesis of 5,5-dimethylhydantoin by continuous method was studied.Effects of the filling and material of reaction tower on reaction efficiency were investigated.It can be concluded that porcelain rings as the tower filling and titanium alloy slices as the tower material are the best choice.The temperature-controlling programme,reaction material ratio and reaction time on the quality and yield of the product were also investigated systematically.The result showed that,when the temperature of major reaction area was 65-68 ℃,n(acetone cyanhydrin) ∶n(ammonia)∶n(carbon dioxide)=1∶(1.1-1.2)∶(1.1-1.2),and the gas-liquid contact reaction time was about 1 h,the yield ranged from 90% to 92%,which was higher than that of intermittent method(85%).The product purity w(DMH)≥99%.This study provides the industrilizing production with reliable data.
