【摘要】 目的　了解 1995— 2 0 0 0年住院病人的主要死因及其变化趋势。方法　收集了云南某省级医院1995— 2 0 0 0年住院病人病案首页 ,共计 5 130 2例 ,对其进行疾病分类 ,用SPSS进行死因分析。结果　前 5位死因为 :循环系统疾病 ,肿瘤 ,损伤和中毒 ,消化系统疾病 ,内分泌、营养和代谢疾患及免疫疾患。结论　加强死因顺位前5位疾病的防治工作 ,以提高广大居民的健康水平和生命质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the major death causes and tendency of inpatients from 1995 to 2000. Methods 51 302 home page cases of inpatient from a provincial hospital during the period 1995 to 2000 were collected, classified and was analyzed by SPSS. Results The death cause of the first five are circulatory system disease, tumor, hurt and poison, digestive system disease, disease of endocrine, nourishment and metabolism and disease of immunity, respectively. Conclusion Disease prevention and treatment on the first five diseases should be reinforced to improve inhabitant health level and quality of life.更多还原
