30CrMnSiA钢激光相变硬化层组织
Microstructure of 30CrMnSiA Steel Treated by Laser Transformation Hardening
【摘要】 对 30CrMnSiA钢进行了激光相变硬化处理 ,研究了相变层的组织和硬度特征。试验结果表明 ,30CrMnSiA钢表面相变硬化层分为完全淬硬层、过渡层和受热影响的基体组织 ,硬化层的显微组织明显细化 ,其表面层的硬度高达 (6 85~ 775 )HV ,比高频淬火的硬度提高了 30 %。
【Abstract】 An experiment of laser transformation ha rdening for 30CrMnSiA steel was carried out.The microstructure and hardness of t he hardened layer were studied.The exper imental results show that the surface ha rdened layer consists of three zones,inc luding the completely hardened zone,tran sition zone and heat-affected zone.The m icrostructure of hardened layer is refin ed,and its hardness can reach (685~775)HV ,and is 30% higher than that of the high-f req uency-quenched one.
