纳米晶AgNi合金的制备及镍从基体中脱溶现象的研究
Investigation on Synthesis of Nanocrystalline AgNi Alloy and Precipitation of Ni from Ag Matrix
【摘要】 采用高能球磨和热压工艺制备了纳米晶AgNi合金。该合金中的镍以两种方式存在 :约 1~ 2 μm镍的微米相 (Ⅰ )弥散分布于银基体和从基体银中脱溶的直径小于 10nm镍的纳米相 (Ⅱ )。而基体银的晶粒尺寸平均为 10 0nm左右。详细分析了球磨工艺参数 (球料比、球磨时间 )及合金的成分对组织的影响 ,并由此总结了较合适的工艺参数 ,为研究纳米晶电接触材料的电性能提供了理想的样品。
【Abstract】 This paper investigates the synthesis of nanocrystalline AgNi alloy by ball-milling and hot pressing(HP).In this alloy element Ni exists in two ways:micro scaled Ni(Ⅰ)(the size of about 1~2μm) and nano-scaled Ni(Ⅱ)(less than 10nm)precipitated from Ag matrix.The average size of Ag crystals is about 100nm.The influence of process parameters and ingredient of Ag-Ni alloy on the micro structure is analyzed in details.As results,the proper parameters can be concluded.This experiment also provided the materials for further research on electric characteristics of ultra-fine grain contact alloys.
