浙江丽水白云山植物群的排序与分类研究
Ordination and classification of plant communities in Baiyun Mountains of Lishui,Zhejiang Province
【摘要】 在浙江丽水白云山设立样点39个,调查了54种主要木本植物的生态重要值。以此为基础,应用基于组平均法的聚类和包括极点排序、主成分分析、对应分析、主坐标分析、除趋势对应分析和多维标定排序在内的6种排序方法,对白云山地区的植物群落进行了定量分类。聚类和排序表明,39个样点代表了11种植物群丛。它们分别是马尾松群丛、木荷—锥栗群丛、黄山松群丛、柳杉群丛、褐叶青冈—甜槠—短柄群丛、杉木—香果树—乌药群丛、杜鹃群丛、合欢—马尾松—杉木群丛、锥栗—枫香树—山苍子—木群丛、青冈—马尾松—黄山松群丛、甜槠群丛。比较不同排序效果后发现,基于主坐标排序的结果较好地反映了原始数据的信息,指出传统观点认为的排序效果检验的相关系数定得过高。
【Abstract】 In Baiyun Mountanis,39 sites were sampled and the ecological important values of the 54 wood plants were surveyed.The classification based on UPGMA and the Ordinations including Polar Ordination(PO),Principal Component Analysis(PCA),Correspondence Analysis(CA),Principal Axes Analysis(PAA),Detrended Correspondence Analysis (DCA) and NonMetric MultiDimentional Scaling(NMMDS)were applied to divide the sites into 11 groups,which stand for 11 plant associations including Pinus massoniana association,Schima superbaCastania henryi association,Pinus taiwanensis association,Cryptomeria fortunei association,Cyclobalanopsis stewardianaCastanopsis eyreiQuercus glandulifera var.brevipetiolata association,Cunninghamia lanceolataEmmenopterys henryiLindera strychnifolia association,Rhododendron simsii association,Albizzia julibrissinPinus massonianaCunninghamia lanceolata association,Castania henryiLiquidambar formosanaLitsea cubebaLoropetalum chinense association,Cyclobalanopsis glaucaPinus massonianaPinus taiwanensis association,Castanopsis eyrei association.The comparisons of the results of the six ordinations showed that PAA was practical in the present study.It was also pointed out that the former correlation coefficient to examine the ordination effect was too strict.
