难浸金矿细菌氧化预处理工艺流程的优化
Optimization of Biooxidation Pretreatment Process of Hard-to-leach Gold Ore
【摘要】 将低品位的难浸金矿先经浮选分离后 ,对不同浮选产品的细菌氧化预处理流程进行了优化。根据各浮选产品的不同性质 ,采用了不同的处理时间 ,减少了矿石处理量 ,得到了既经济、处理效果又好的预处理工艺流程。难浸金矿经该流程处理后 ,金的总回收率可达 89.1%。
【Abstract】 The optimation of biooxidation pretreatment process of the flotation products of low grade hard to leach gold ore was made. In accordance with the different properties of flotation products, different time was used. As a result, the amount of ore needing treatment was reduced and pretreatment process both economical and efficient was obtained. The total gold recovery reached 89.1% from this hard to leach gold ore when it was treated by this process.
