【摘要】 介绍了应用国产轻型高灵敏度XRF分析仪快速检测铁精矿中TFe及有害元素的技术与方法。该仪器基于新型高分辨率探测器和微机多道谱仪系统 ,具有轻便、易操作的特点 ,可同时快速测定铁矿石中TFe、Ti、V、Mn、SiO2 、Al2 O3 、S、P、K2 O、CaO的含量 ,分析检出限为 (1.0× 10 -4～ 1.0× 10 -3 ) % ,可用于铁矿石 (原矿、精矿、尾矿 )、烧结矿、铁合金等的快速检测及原矿分析。试验表明 ,本方法测定铁精矿中TFe、S、P、SiO2 、K2 O含量的平均绝对误差分别为 0 2 2 %、0 0 5 5 %、0 0 10 %、0 12 5 %、0 0 0 8% ,单样分析仅需 30 0s。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper presents the technique and method of using home made light high sensitivity XRF analyzer in rapid testing of TFe and harmful elements in iron concentrate. This instrument, based on new type high resolution detector and micro processor multi channel spectroscope system, is light and easy to operate. It is capable of simultaneous rapid testing of the contents of TFe, Ti, V, Mn, SiO 2, Al 2O 3,S,P K 2O and CaO with a measurable limit of (1.0×10 -4 ～ 1.0×10 -3 )% and can be used for the rapid testing and on site analysis of iron ore (raw ore, concentrate and tailings), sinter, iron alloy etc. The tests show that its average absolute errors in testing the contents of TFe, S,P, SiO 2 and K 2O in iron concentrate are 0.22%, 0.055%, 0.010%, 0.125% and 0.008% respectively and single analysis needs only 300s.更多还原
