生态系统中从个体层到种群层的建模和仿真
Modeling and Simulation From Individual to Population in Ecology System
【摘要】 该文主要研究动物个体行为对物种间竞争的影响 ,个体行为在该文中限于动物的迁移 ,研究的对象为分布在两个区域内的两个物种。首先建立包括动物个体迁移的快速部分和描述物种竞争对种群发展影响的慢速部分的微观模型 ,通过对微观模型的聚合得到的聚合模型不仅缩减了微观模型的规模 ,同时通过聚合模型可以研究动物个体的行为对物种竞争的影响。
【Abstract】 This article studyed how individual behavior influence the competition between two species,In this article individual behavior limit to the migration of the individual,the object are the two species living in two patches.Firstly, the micro-model is build which include two parts:the fast part which describles the migration of the individual and the slow part which describles the competition of the two species,One can get the aggregation model by aggregation ,the aggregation model not only reduce the complex of the micro-model,but also study the effects of individual behavior on the population.
