【摘要】 论述了基于多代理的申请审批系统的研究和开发，提出了基于多代理的申请审批系统结构模型和内部运作机制。通过利用MAS自治性、交互性的特点，较好地解决了传统申请审批系统中存在的问题。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the research and development of an application & approval system based on multi-agent system(MAS).A specific model of MAS is proposed. Because of the autonomy and interact of MAS, this system can solve many problems troubling the old system.
