【摘要】 在介绍网络管理方法和原理的基础上，提出了一种新的基于Web的多层应用服务器的网络管理模型，并分析和探讨了采用Java技术实现JNMA网管系统中的关键问题。

【Abstract】 This paper first introduces the methods and the principles of the network management, and then proposes a new multiply-level application server network management model based on Web. The paper also focuses on the key problems in the development of the Java-based JNMA system.
