【摘要】 分析了基于Web的集装箱船舶箱位管理系统的特点和功能，介绍了该系统的总体框架和实现技术等内容，并对其中的船舶实配过程遗传优化算法进行了重点介绍。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes and discusses the characters and functions of container vessel stowage plan information management system based on Web. It introduces the main framework and implementation technologies of the system and emphasizes on the genetic algorithm for practical stowage plan optimization which is used in the system.
