【摘要】 对视频监控的现行方案进行了分析比较，详尽分析和设计了系统框架模型，对系统结构和功能作出了描述，给出了具体的实现，并对未来可进行的拓展工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 This paper firstly pres ents the analysis and comparison of some existed systems. Then the framework of a proposed system is designed.The architecture and the functions of the system are described. Finally some issues for implementation and the future trend of it are discussed.
